• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription and Payments

• Paid features require an active subscription
• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice

5. Acceptable Use

Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content provided by third-party services. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary permissions to access data from connected accounts.

7. Data Ownership

• You retain ownership of all data you input into Agency Dashboard
• You grant us a limited license to process your data to provide our services
• Data from third-party integrations remains subject to those platforms' terms
• You can export or delete your data at any time

8. Intellectual Property

The Agency Dashboard platform, including its design, features, code, and branding, is owned by Agency Dashboard Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our platform.

9. White-Label Reports

If your plan includes white-label reporting features, you may customize reports with your own branding for client delivery. You are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of any custom branding or content you add to reports.

10. Limitation of Liability

Agency Dashboard is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We will make your data available for export for 30 days after termination, after which it may be deleted.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
